  • Mic Quality
  • The app is a store

What I Think

I think that the JLAB Go Air’s are great for people who are looking for a decent budget set of wireless earbuds. They are comfortable and easy to forget that they’re there. The Bluetooth connection is stable and compared to other earbuds at that price range, I haven’t experienced any connectivity issues.

The overall sound quality is good but it won’t impress audiophiles. I like the idea of it having a built-in equalizer with  3 options. Although I love heavy bass, personally I think that the JLab signature mode suits my taste best.

The battery life is decent. I have been testing the JLabs for around a week after filming the video and only had to charge them fully once. I love the fact that they have a built-in charging cable as it allowed me to top up the charge whilst out and about.

They fit snugly and comfortably in your ear making them perfect for long periods of time. Which is great as earbuds need to be comfortable. The Anker Soundcore Liberty Neo are a great comparison to these but the main reason why the JLabs win for me is the comfort. The Neo’s seemed a bit too clunky for my ears, especially with the button controls. But the sound quality is better on the Neo’s. However, as earbuds are designed to be a product to carry with you when you’re out and about, I choose comfort over sound quality. In terms of using them in sport, they haven’t fallen out of my ears even once!

Overall, I think that these are a brilliant set of earbuds, packed with a lot of modern features and features which the higher-end alternatives don’t have!

I would strongly recommend them to anyone looking for a decent budget set of earbuds. They are perfect for listeners who don’t want to spend a huge amount on earbuds but at the same time want reasonable sound quality. If you are looking for budget earbuds with great sound quality, I recommend spending a bit more and getting yourself a set of Anker Sound Core Liberty Air 2‘s which were my favourite earbuds up until I invested in the Apple Airpods Pro.
